remember earl ward? conned that lady out of $300,000. took her retirement,saving home, well guess what. hes not in custody and he has no court date.. the news no longer mentions him, KCOY comment board vanished, as did earl..
is anybody else as outraged as i am? this is the second senior citizen he has destroyed!!
everybody sits around bitching about whats wrong with the world.. well ill tell you. if we allow this to happen to in our own community, then what kind of hope does anybody have for anything else? has anybody wondered what hepened to that lady? now that shes homeless and hungry. nope.. why should we? it doesnt affect me, right? WRONG!! it affects everyone of us when we LET earl wards go scott free to find the next victim. but what do we care until it happens to us?
this should outrage everybody reading this, why hasnt anybody contacted the DA asking for justice? nobody files with the real estate board, nobody files with the BBB, except of course, me. but im nobody.. if more people started contacting the court, the DA, write letters/emails or at least say something then guess what YOUR NEXT!!!
we sit and bitch about the world from behind our safe little keyboards. but do nothing when our neighbors, our friends and loved ones get used and abused by people like this. why am i the only one asking for answers? my voice ALONE does nothing!!
does anybody care about this lady? about mel stein?( owner of apts earl managed and ran into the ground) about my friend that got skin legions from the mold in the apt HE STILL RENTS OUT TO OTHERS? guess not..
well, if nobody does a damn thing, then nobody has the right to bitch about how bad the world is.. whats wrong with the world? look in the mirror!! indifference and lack of standing up against bad guys,

What kind of bugs were they? What drew them to the apt.?
why didn't she use a bug bomb if the apt. owner wouldn't call an exterminator? Those bug bombs are not very expensive only about $2.99 or $3.99. Just set it up and leave for a few hours. Another thought, why didn't she move out?

The woman that was scammed was looking to make a big wad! If you are going to invest in something you have to be wise enough to check it out thorougly. Too many people are gullible and you or I could sell them the Brooklin Bridge. If it sounds too good to be true, it's too good to be true! Be aware and the scammer won't get you.

So you see SebringLovr, not only is it now legal to steal from seniors, but it is actually federal policy to do so -- and has been for quite some time. We've also developed sophisticated federal policies to steal from children who haven't even been born yet. Earl Ward's escape from justice is but an insignificant symptom of the public mental fog that has [past tense] destroyed America as we knew it.
I hope I don't sound like I'm trying to belittle your righteous anger. You went up several notches in my book for reacting as you did/are. I just marvel at the fact that so few people ever bother to get this angry over the crap that passes for American Government these days.

ANYBODY WITH INFO/CASES,ETC AGAINST EARL WARD IS ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE DA IN SANTA MARIA AT 346-7540 the worker assigned to his case is maria...
