She was a good friend to all of us here and we will miss her.

I liked Dorothy.  I liked her wit, her values, and her always eloquent posts.  She certainly possessed a keen mind.  I thought Dorothy highly genuine and relatable.

Already this year I have seen the passing of 3 friends.  All were much older than me but from all I was exposed to much wisdom and a demonstrated kindness.  It was as much how they said it as what they said.  I think they are rare persons.  It is a delight to have known persons such as Dorothy even though that familiarity was only from online posts.
