Hi everyone! I am so glad to see this site. I have been away from CCT for a long while. Trying to find that perfect job! Well Perfect is being independent and out from under an employers thumb! I found a Network Marketing company in the Health and Wellness genre, which has changed my life and the lives of my family as well. I have been gaining my medical knowledge through patient care for the past 15 years. I love helping people to feel better, healthier, and stronger. But Western Medicine was actually killing me! So when an old friend asked me to come by, taste some juice, watch a short little DVD on the rain forest, I thought "fine, maybe then she will stop bugging me!" And now I am so grateful that she was patiently persistent! It's just juice! The most amazing, perfect food on this planet! And I can honestly admit that drinking 4 ounces a day saved my life. Oh yeah and they pay me to drink it, feel it and share it!
I know that skeptics feel that it's too good to be true, and bummer for them. I am helping to save the rain forest, feed disenfranchised children in Brazil, truly help people get healthy and financially free, and oh yeah, I even make money on the deal! Sweet! Oh and I have met some amazing locals whom I wouldn't trade for all the pills in my Doctor's sample closet! Drink it, Feel it, Share it! No overhead, no catalogs, no orders to keep track of, except your own, and you are helping to save the planet. How cool is that?

My tax man's gonna hate me this year - LOL! I juggle several home-based businesses. I'm a Passion Parties consultant, an Avon lady and I just signed on with AmwayGlobal. On top of that, I work part-time as a caregiver and I have a mobile massage business. I hear so many people blame the economy for why they can't spend money, so it's good that I can meet the needs of a wide variety of people.

Very nice site. I have two suggestions. One is on the Accolade button. Remove the date because even in three or four months this will outdate what you are trying to do. And if you have the Over The Top buns, why not charge two or three dollars more?

Good luck with your business!

Excellent work Sharon! The site is great... easy to navigate, quick and responsive, aesthetically pleasing... love it! If I were to offer you one bit of advice it would be to make your "Order Now" button a focal point. As it is now, in the top right corner and blending into the background it might as well not be there, which forces buyers to hunt through the site to place an order.
I would get that link right across the top of the page underneath the navigation links. Use your red accent color and make sure it stands out - anyone wanting to order should immediately be able to see where they should click.
And if you want to really make your site a special sales tool I suggest the book "Don't Make Me Think!" by Steve Krug. It's all about creating a completely effortless experience for the customer and getting all of the barriers to their order process removed... great book for anyone selling something on a website. :)

I have a home-based business of selling baked goods on the Internet.
I have just finished the website and would love input from members.

I had this business while we lived in Oregon, but the focus was more on pet sitting than on Seniors. I realized that I didn't like parrots, large dogs and reptiles, so after I got laid off about two years ago I decided to go into business myself.

Any other questions? Sue

My business is Lend A Hand and I am a personal assistant to Seniors. I can get them to their appointments, take them to lunch or shopping, help them pay their bills, or, when the time is right I can help them downsize for their new living arrangements.

Hello all;
I'm a little new to the group and would be interested in knowing what kinds of businesses you have -

To clarify on the legal stuff..

It is never legal to sell or use the information from a form for other things regardless of whether there is a Privacy Policy Statement.

The only time is is legal to use information for 3rd parties or sell information is when the person leaving their information specifically gives that permission by checking boxes that denote that may or will happen.

Privacy notices are placed on forms for the peace of mind of the person filling out the form and are not really required.. but they are nice, and I added one.

There are no check boxes or indicators that filling out my form will result in 3rd party or sale of info..

Thanks again Hudy for your noticing there was no Privacy Statement.
