Hi. This Saturday, I'll be walking in the American Heart Association's annual Heart Walk. Join me to fight heart disease as I do the heart walk again this year. This time it's along the Bob Jones trail in Avila. I will be doing this in honor and memory of my brother Paul.
We will meet at 9:30 a.m. in front of, yet across the street ocean side, from Joe Momma's coffee house. The walk begins at 10 a.m. (I think both my children, Jesse and Kyla, will be here to do the walk with me...us :o)
