A place to meet your neighbors & exchange ideas

This is for the persons who like some fire in their diet. You can burn this up or tone it down, but the end result is great. Notice I don't use any measurements. I'm bad that way but I can change any of my recipes to match my mood or guests.

Pork shoulder/ loin / cushion
Cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch cubes

Marinade in the juice of 1 can of pinapple chuncks & juice of 1 can of jalepenos.

Add salt / pepper / garlic / chili powder / cumin to taste

Refrigerate and let sit 24 hours, turning occaisionally.

Simple method is skewer with onion, fresh jalepeno & pineapple. (you can add your own favorites)

If you want all of the heat and most of the sweet place the jalepeno next to the meat with the pineapple on the other side. (pinapple juice will drip through the jalepeno into the meat).

Barbeque to your desired wellness. I suggest a nice Modello or Corona while you cook. Silly aprons and hats are optional.
