I am on a constant path to becoming a better person: to be healthier in all aspects of life (eating, exercising, relationships, volunteer work, spirituality etc.). I love life, and believe that we get what we put out, and when we are positive and happy then we get that in return and draw similar people towards us.

I love learning about others and what drives them. I love passionate people. I think one person can make a difference in this world, and if we all work together we can bring about positive changes, within ourselves, others, and this world.

My Hobbies & Interests:

Encouraging people to take a look at their lifestyle, and take steps towards a life of better health and vitality! Encouraging conversations in order to share how we all do things to bring better health to ourselves and others, and sharing tips on how to make this more convenient in our busy lives! I enjoy cooking, reading, wine tasting, hiking, traveling, meeting new people, SCUBA, outdoor activities, walking my dog on the beach, spending time with friends, and so much more! This summer I'm off to Australia and New Zealand for 3 weeks!
