About Me:

Have lived on the Central Coast since 1999, moving from San Francisco Bay Area. I am divorced and live alone with my standard poodle. I am semi-retired and own an Industrial Training company in the Bay Area. I love the outdoors and am very physically active. My exercise regime consists of running, weights and yoga. I love to travel and have done so extensively throughout the world. I maintain a very healthy diet. I drink moderately and do not smoke. I am adventursome, have flown light aircraft, certified SCUBA, travelled the US in a motorhome for 1 year, rafted the Colorado River, done 7 day pack trips in Wyoming (both on horseback and backpacking ) and once travelled for 3 days and nights on a freight train.

My Hobbies & Interests:

Running with my dog, yoga, reading historical novels, most music, some T.V., preparing good food (I'm half Italian, I can't help it) and nutrition, meeting new and interesting people, weight training, yard work, hiking, taking classes (variety of topics. Self improvement, Italian, Art History, Spirituality) and travel.

Favorite Music:

All types except hard rock and new country. Getting better at listening to the words these days.
