I enjoy the active lifestyle of outdoor activities and getting together with friends. I am limited to the amount of time I have to sit in front of the computer so I hope I find a way to make this site work for me.

My Hobbies & Interests:

Cooking and baking are my hobbies. Interest range from bike riding, hiking, swimming and love for a good book or movie.

Favorite Music:

I love the old crooners like Tony Bennet and Frank Sinatra

Favorite Movies / TV Shows:

I like a lot of different movies, they are such a nice escape. I stay away from horror movies and movies that are too heavy and tragic, life itself has enough grief, I want to be entertained and brought up not down. I do remember a couple of movies that have stuck with me over the years,Kevin Costners movie No Way Out was a good twist at the end. Michelle Phifer and Harrison Ford's movie What Lies Beneath was a good suspensful movie. I hope those are the correct titles, it has been a long time since I saw them. Millions was good, Sunshine Cleaning was funny. I don't watch that much tv, but I do sit down for Heros, I loved the XFiles too.

Favorite Books:

The Red Tent, Eat Love Pray, The Mermaid Chair, Secret Life of Bees. Dean Koontz books especially the Odd Thomas series. I was impressed with the The Third Angel and how the author wrote the book in a way that would allow you to read it front front to back or back to front. By reading it back to front it would give you a different twist on the characters and their motivation. Yes, I have read the entire series of Harry Potter and the Twilight series and loved it all!
