About Me:
I grew up here in a big family of 6 boys and 3 girls. I'm single and have 2 grown kids and a grandson, all here.
I'm the founder of RETurn To JOY! I help people live to their full potential by releasing chronic patterns with therapeutic corrective massage, or Rapid Eye Technology and the Self Development programs. Studying the body, mind and spirit connections and having work in the same field is how I live my work purpose. I LOVE what I do. I love helping people believe they are precious and making a difference in our world.

Hiking, traveling, collecting rocks and gemstones for healing. My family. Women's groups and the mysteries of life from ancient times to now. Ireland and her stone circles and labyrinths get me excited to explore more.
