I just put this on my list................Learn to play a guitar, so I can kick butt on Guitar Hero and become a Goddess in my 4 year olds eyes, before he turns 10!

I am a realtor with Blair Properties here in Grover Beach and love it! I have been married for 13 years to an amazing woman Sandy, we love to live, laugh, cook and enjoy all life has to offer. I have lived here my entire life! We have a great Golden Retriever named Shasta who is spolied rotten.

- The Great outdoors, cooking great dinners with friends and enjoying even better wines! Try to hit the gym 3 times a week ( to keep up with my wife) love traveling and exploring the world, going to the beach, hanging with friends and laughing. Used to write some poetry...haven't done that in a while, love to mountain bike, San Soo is my happy place that keeps me balanced. Love being in the Real Estate business, helping clients find the perfect home!

- Hi Scott. I just joined the Central Coast today web site. I currently live in Bakersfield and would like to relocate to the Central Coast next summer. Was hoping you could enlighten me as to what I should expect as far as rental properties go. Will need a 2 - 3 bedroom house (preferrably 3) that is pet friendly. I would love for my kids to be able to ride their bikes to the beach. Good schools are also important. I will have one in high school and one in jr. high. Any information would be helpful. Thanks :)
