Hi Scott. I just joined the Central Coast today web site. I currently live in Bakersfield and would like to relocate to the Central Coast next summer. Was hoping you could enlighten me as to what I should expect as far as rental properties go. Will need a 2 - 3 bedroom house (preferrably 3) that is pet friendly. I would love for my kids to be able to ride their bikes to the beach. Good schools are also important. I will have one in high school and one in jr. high. Any information would be helpful. Thanks :)
